Daffodils

1. Daffodils are bright and cheerful,

signaling the SPRING.

They accompany the robins,

as they gladly sing!

2. With their happy faces and
their petal-halo round,

in the gentle breeze they DANCE,

without making a sound.

3.Brightening the GARDENS

after winter fades away,

waiting for the tulips

to burst into bloom they stay.

4. Their bright yellow color

adds such happiness and CHEER.

It would be a pleasant thing

if they could last all year!

5. In the springtime as you gaze

out over your window sills,

I hope that you have blooming
LOVELY yellow daffodils!
