Where Do You Seek Him?

1. Where do you seek Him?  
Is it in a summer’s BREEZE,

or in a flowing river winding 
past majestic trees?

Do you try and look for Him 
in peaceful moments when

you reflect inside your heart 
to find solace again?

2. You might seek Him on a stroll 
some lovely summer day,

when shining SUN and skies of blue 
wisp all your cares away.

Maybe you’ve discovered Him 
in others who are kind,

who through their loving help and care, 
increased your peace of mind.

3. Do you ever seek Him in 
the fire’s glow at night,

or in the stars that twinkle in 
the sky so sparkling bright?

I wonder if you’ve sought Him 
in your doubt or in despair,

or on the SICKBED of a loved one 
who desires your care.

Is He in the memories, 
of loved ones now deceased,

who while on earth enriched your life, 
and helped your worries cease?

4. I’m sure that some of you have found Him 
in a lovely flower,

while others in a mighty STORM 
displaying His great power.

Have you ever sought His lighter side 
in birds that fly,

or in your treasured pets, 
who their devoted love supply?

5.POETRY can be another source 
that might comprise

God’s messages of healing 
inspiration, I surmise.

Wherever you might seek Him 
you will find His wonder there,

for God is truly in all things, 
and present everywhere!
